OUR PRINCIPALS

The Principals of 1854 Development, Mike Peter and Zach Reinhardt, bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. With a combined experience spanning more than 25 years, they have successfully developed more than 20 projects including more than 2,000 units of multifamily housing, 205 hotel rooms, and 87,500 square feet of commercial space, with total project costs nearing $500 million. This extensive background in a diverse range of projects underscores their capability to manage large-scale, complex projects.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience leading complex projects and teams. Zach has more than 10 years of experience managing projects around the community. Together they lead 1854 Development as a vertically integrated development company. Their control over construction and property management ensures that every aspect of a project is meticulously handled in-house, from initial development to ongoing management. This comprehensive approach allows them to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency, delivering exceptional value to their investors and clients.
